All our products are designed and handcrafted with passion and meticulous attention to detail in our Quebec workshop. This artisanal production method is central to our identity and guarantees special attention to each creation.

Due to the handmade nature of these products, slight variations may occur from one item to another. These differences may include:

• The color or tint of the wax is slightly influenced by the fragrance used or the ambient temperature at the time of pouring.
• The perceived intensity of the fragrance, which can vary depending on the environment (room size, ventilation, humidity, etc.).
• Small air bubbles or surface marks, inherent to the working of natural wax.
• The shape or details of the molded candles, which may differ subtly depending on the demolding conditions.

These unique characteristics in no way compromise the quality, performance, or safety of our products. On the contrary, they make each candle or mist a unique piece, reflecting the care and authenticity of our approach.

We accept payments via credit card, PayPal, and other secure solutions. All transactions are processed through encrypted payment gateways to ensure maximum security.

CUSTOM ORDERS

Orders involving customization (company logo, specific message, exclusive scent) require additional processing time. Confirmation and approval will be requested prior to production.

PRODUCTS

Our products (candles, room sprays, wax melts, lip balms, etc.) are handcrafted.

• Each product is described and presented with the utmost precision.
• Colors, sizes, and textures may vary slightly due to their handcrafted nature.

PRICE

All prices are listed in Canadian dollars (CAD) and exclude taxes and shipping costs (unless otherwise stated). Shipping costs are calculated at checkout. LesyPassion reserves the right to change prices at any time, but the rates applied will be those in effect at the time of the order.

Payment security

Payments are processed via secure platforms. We do not store your banking information.

PAYMENT DELAYS

Any invoice not paid by its due date bears interest at a rate of 1.5% per month (18% annually), calculated on the outstanding balance from the day following the due date until payment in full. These charges are calculated solely on the unpaid principal amount and are not compounded (interest already billed does not itself bear interest). Applicable late fees are billed separately, generally on a monthly basis, and are added to the balance due without affecting the original invoice.

Modification or cancellation

A confirmed order cannot be modified or cancelled, except in exceptional cases (an error on our part or a stock issue).

• Our products are crafted with care, but we cannot guarantee an identical result for every item.
• LesyPassion accepts no liability for inappropriate use, allergies, or deterioration resulting from improper storage.

DELIVERY AND SHIPPING

EVERYTHING YOU NEED TO KNOW

We offer shipping within Canada and internationally. Delivery times vary depending on your location and the shipping method selected at checkout. We ship within one to seven business days. We assume no responsibility for delivery delays once the order has been shipped. You receive free standard shipping within Canada on all commercial orders.

ESTIMATED DELIVERY TIMES

Delivery times may vary due to periods of high demand or delays beyond our control (weather conditions, customs, etc.).

• Canada: 3 to 7 business days
• United States: 7 to 14 business days
• International: 10 to 21 business days

ORDER MODIFICATION AND CANCELLATION

You may modify or cancel your order before it has been shipped. Once your order has been shipped, we are no longer able to modify or cancel it. If you wish to modify or cancel an order that has already been shipped, please refer to the Returns and Exchanges section.

ORDER PROCESSING TIMES

• All orders are processed and shipped within 7 business days of confirmation.
• During periods of high demand (e.g., holidays, promotions), processing may take longer.

RESPONSIBILITY

• Once the package has been shipped, we are not responsible for loss, theft, or damage.
• If you encounter any problems, please contact us and we will do our best to help you.

SHIPMENT TRACKING

Shipment tracking is available via the live chat at the bottom right of the screen. You can track your package directly on our website using your order number and email address, or your tracking number. You can also track your order on the order tracking page.

RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

A FEW VERY SIMPLE STEPS

At LesyPassion, we want to ensure you are completely satisfied with your purchase. That is why we offer the option to exchange or return items, subject to certain conditions. All returns or exchanges must be initiated within 30 days of the initial purchase; otherwise, this policy no longer applies. We offer the option to exchange the item—provided the candle is in perfect condition—for another candle of equal value or for a gift card issued as a promotional code sent via email. For refunds, the returned item must be in perfect condition, unopened, and unlit, with no damage to the container. Returns due to damage caused by the customer are not eligible for exchange or refund.

PRODUCTS ELIGIBLE FOR RETURN

• Unused items in their original packaging may be returned within 30 days of receipt.
• Return costs are the customer's responsibility, except in the event of a defective product or an error on our part.

PRODUCTS INELIGIBLE FOR RETURN

• Custom orders (e.g., candles with logos, exclusive scents, engravings, etc.).
• Products that have been opened or used, for reasons of hygiene and quality.

RETURN CONDITIONS IN THE EVENT OF BREAKAGE

• You have 7 days after receipt to contact us in the event of a problem.
• The products must be unused and in their original packaging.
• Personalized or made-to-order items are non-refundable, except in the event of a major defect.

RETURN PROCEDURE

• Contact us at info@lesypassion.com with your order number and photos, if necessary.
• We will provide you with instructions for the return.
• Upon receipt and inspection, we will process a refund or an exchange.

RETURN SHIPPING COSTS

• At the client's expense (unless an error has been made on our part).
• No refund of initial shipping costs.

REIMBURSEMENT METHOD

• The refund is issued using the payment method used for the purchase.
• It may take up to 14 business days for the refund to appear in your account.

If you receive a defective or damaged item, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order, providing a photo as proof. We will offer you a replacement or a refund, as appropriate.

WARRANTY ON ELECTRONIC DEVICES

At LesyPassion, all our electronic devices come with a one-year warranty from the date of purchase. To claim the warranty, you must present the original box and the invoice. This warranty covers any manufacturing or operational defects under normal conditions of use.

For any warranty service request, please contact us with proof of purchase and the original packaging. We undertake to repair or replace the defective device in accordance with the applicable terms.
