Payment Deadline
The invoice must be paid within30 days following delivery.

Late Fees
Any invoice not paid by the due date will incur interest at a rate of1.5% per month (18% per year), calculated on the unpaid balance from the day after the due date until full payment.
- These fees are calculated only on the unpaid principal amount and are not compounded (interest already charged does not itself accrue interest).
- Applicable late fees are charged separately, usually on a monthly basis, and are added to the outstanding balance without affecting the original invoice.

Your invoice always includes:
- the exact amount and the due date,
- your invoice number (required for any Interac transfer),
- a QR code leading to a secure payment link for credit card or bank deposit.
